Roasted Chicken Breast with Whipped Sweet Potatoes, Wild Rice

Pork Chops in an Apple Brine, Corn Pudding
Brined then Seared Pork Chops with Thyme with a creamy
Corn Pudding studded with Corn Kernels

Shrimp Paella with Peas, Red Bell Pepper

Chicken Tacos with all of the Trimmings- Pico de Gallo, Guacamole,
Shredded Cheddar in Soft Corn Tortillas

Every item on the menu is considered a “meal”
No substitutions or additions
Two meal minimum
Menus come out Thursdays, order by Saturday 5pm for the next week via email
Meals delivered in compostable containers, properly labeled
Meals come with a full instructional menu and heating instructions
